Painted Frame Tutorial at Scrap and Stamp

Here is my take on this weeks challenge. A lovely layout made especially for my Mother. Check out this photo from her senior year, isn't she beautiful! Anyhow I wanted to thank her for all that she does for our family and for being such an extraordinary example of how a christian woman should be.
